These terms are the agreement between you and Rad One Ltd for using Sellopod. Please read them before you sign up.
About these terms
Sellopod is developed and operated by Rad One Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08697032), registered office 28 Barnmead, Haywards Heath, England, RH16 1UZ ("we", "us").
By creating a Sellopod account or using Sellopod, you agree to these terms. If you use Sellopod for a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it, and "you" means that business.
Sellopod is for businesses. It isn't offered to consumers.
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
The service
Sellopod is a web app at app.sellopod.com for e-commerce sellers. It imports orders, listings, stock, fulfillments and advertising data from the accounts you connect, and shows stock, sales, profit and advertising reporting in one place. Sellopod also has a read-only MCP server that AI clients you authorize can use to query your organization's data.
We improve Sellopod over time, so features may be added, changed or removed.
Your account
- Give us accurate details when you sign up, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your login details private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Account owners and admins can invite people to their organization and remove them. Your organization is responsible for the people it invites.
- If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, email security@sellopod.com.
Free trial, plans and payment
Free trial. New accounts get a 1 month free trial, with every feature, and you don't need a credit card to start. Before the trial ends, you either cancel or add a card and pay for a plan. If you do neither, the service stops.
Plans. Every plan has every feature. Plans differ only by how many orders you handle a month, and orders from all your sales channels count:
| Plan | Price (USD) | Orders a month |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 a month | Up to 3,000 |
| Growth | $149 a month | Up to 6,000 |
| Scale | Custom pricing | Up to 15,000 |
Prices are in US dollars. Current prices are on our pricing page.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to the terms Stripe sets for payments it processes.
Price changes. We may change our prices. We'll tell you by email before a new price applies to your account.
Questions about billing: email support@sellopod.com.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Sellopod for anything unlawful, or in breach of the terms of the platforms you connect;
- try to access another organization's data, or anyone's account without permission;
- probe, test or attack Sellopod's security, except to report a vulnerability in good faith as described on our security page;
- disrupt or overload Sellopod, or upload malicious code;
- copy, resell or give third parties access to Sellopod, other than people you invite to your organization;
- reverse engineer Sellopod, except where the law allows it.
Connected platforms
When you connect an account, such as Amazon, Amazon Ads, Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, a 3PL or Xero, you authorize Sellopod to access it on your behalf. You confirm you're allowed to connect it, and you remain responsible for following that platform's own terms.
These platforms are run by other companies. They can change or limit their services and APIs, and that can affect what Sellopod can import. We aren't responsible for those platforms or their data.
Sellopod is an independent company and is not endorsed by Amazon. Amazon, Amazon Ads, and all related logos are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. Other platform names belong to their owners.
What Sellopod reads from Amazon, and how it's used, is set out in How Sellopod uses Amazon data.
What Sellopod reads and what it changes
Sellopod is built to read your data:
- Shopify and TikTok Shop are import-only; Sellopod does not change those stores.
- Amazon Ads: Sellopod reads your Amazon Ads data and does not change your campaigns, bids or budgets.
- MCP: Sellopod's MCP server is read-only; AI clients can query your organization's data through it without changing it.
Some features do send data to another system, when you set them up or use them:
- WooCommerce: if you turn on stock sync for a listing, Sellopod updates that product's stock level in your store from the warehouse you choose. Sellopod may also register webhooks on your store so it's told about changes.
- Xero: if you connect Xero, Sellopod can create and update purchase orders in Xero for suppliers linked to a Xero contact.
- Suppliers: when you choose to email a purchase order, Sellopod sends it to the supplier.
AI features
In-app AI. Sellopod's in-app AI features, such as the AI assistant, use AI providers Sellopod configures (by default, Anthropic). AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important against your data before you act on it.
Your own AI client. If you connect an AI client to Sellopod's MCP server, that client and its AI provider are your choice and work under your agreement with them. We aren't responsible for what they do with your data or the answers they give.
Your decisions. Sellopod helps you see your business; it doesn't decide for you. Forecasts are the figures you enter, profit depends on the costs you record, and Sellopod doesn't calculate or file VAT. Purchasing, pricing, advertising, tax and accounting decisions remain yours.
Your data
Your data stays yours. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it as needed to provide, secure and support Sellopod for you, including sending it to AI providers when you use in-app AI features.
Your customers' data. When Sellopod imports your buyers' details from your stores, we process that data on your behalf. You're responsible for having the right to share it with us and for telling your customers how you use their data. Contact us at support@sellopod.com about data processing terms.
Keeping and deleting data. Your data is kept while your account is active. To close your account and ask for your data to be deleted, email support@sellopod.com.
Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we can use them without owing you anything.
Our property
Sellopod, this website and our brand belong to Rad One Ltd. While you have an account, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Sellopod for your business under these terms. Nothing else is transferred to you.
Availability
We work to keep Sellopod running, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. It may be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems outside our control, including at the platforms you connect. Data from connected accounts is imported on a schedule, so what you see may not include the latest changes.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to that:
- Sellopod is provided "as is". We don't give any promise about it that isn't written in these terms.
- We aren't liable for loss of profits, sales, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability to you under or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for Sellopod in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Ending your use of Sellopod
You can stop using Sellopod at any time. During the trial, you can cancel before it ends. To close your account, email support@sellopod.com.
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if you don't pay, or if we need to in order to protect Sellopod, its users or connected platforms, or to comply with the law. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date. If a change is significant, we'll let account owners know by email before it takes effect.
General
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
- If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another company that takes over Sellopod. You may not transfer yours without our written agreement.
- These terms, with the pricing on our pricing page, are the whole agreement between us about Sellopod.
